Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Final Sale for Custom/Unique Pieces: All sales are final for original, one-of-a-kind artwork unless the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or not as described.
  • Exceptions: Returns are accepted only if the artwork arrives damaged or if there is a clear discrepancy with the description provided online.

2. Notification and Return Process

  • Timely Notification: Customers must report any issues (e.g., damage or misrepresentation) within 48 hours of receiving the artwork.
  • Evidence Requirement: Please provide photographic evidence of any damage or discrepancy before a return is authorized.
  • Pre-Approval: Contact us at studio@samifineart.com before returning any item. Once an issue is confirmed, you will receive a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to send the item back.

3. Refund Process

  • Inspection Before Refund: Returned items will be inspected to confirm that the issue is genuine and that the artwork’s condition matches the reported damage or discrepancy.
  • Refund Terms: If the claim is approved, a refund will be issued for the price of the artwork after inspection and confirmation of the issue.

4. Handling Shipping Fees

  • Original Shipping Costs: Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, even if the item is returned, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damage during shipping or an incorrect item).
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • If the return is due to buyer’s remorse or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
    • If the artwork is returned because it arrived damaged or was misrepresented, the store will cover the return shipping costs.
  • International Considerations: For international orders, customers are responsible for any additional costs (such as customs, duties, or return shipping fees) unless the return is due to our error.

5. Additional Considerations

  • Insurance and Tracking: We strongly recommend that customers opt for shipping insurance and tracking for their orders to protect against damage or loss during transit.
